automatic article from JSON/XML/...

Hey Guys,

it’s been a while since I used TXP and I need some advice. I want to start a project which features content in an object oriented form. Like articles in TXP that have certain attributes like a category but the content is more like products. They belong to a category and have price and a picture and so on.

I’m not looking for a shop system since I only want to “blog” about those products sort, display and link them. Maybe let people vote on them and so on.

While browsing the features of TXP I was wondering if a blog system like TXP would be the right choice, what do you guys think?

Another feature the software I’m looking for needs to have is something like an automatic post creation service. I want to create/update articles from JSON or XML. Then I only want to have control over if and when a certain article is published.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
