[request] User upload image

Hello,

I would like to give my users a direct method for submitting a jpg. The typical “browse” button, followed by “upload” would be ideal.
Perhaps it already exists in a contact form plugin I’m not aware of?

There has already been lots of discussions on the forum about this:

• sed anon file upload. Note that this plugin is not freely available, I think you have to email the author to ask for a copy of it,
• mem_form has the capacity to upload files, but then you have to create the back-end processing that does something with the files. There are some examples in the thread.

Neither of these are straightforward, firstly having to request the plugin and perhaps not receiving is not an ideal situation,
I’ve tried the second option, mem_form which is a great plugin, but have not been able to include the image upload as part of a form, rather its become an add-on with an additional submit button after the main contact form.

It would be great if zem_contact_reborn could be worked on to include this facility.

Hi

mem_form gives you the ability to build form (even upload form) but you need extra code to perform image uploading into textpattern db.
