Current infos on the German Google Analytics situation as of yesterday. In essence as listed above:
- use IP masking with anonymize_Ip.
- Declare the use of Google Analytics in your imprint / data protection policy.
- Let users know they can opt out entirely using a browser plugin (now available for most browsers).
