Facebook like interface possible for textpattern?
I am researching how to create a community of blogs for fashion bloggers on one of my sites.
These are busy people with little time on their hands. They are also all Japanese who are unfamiliar with the Western admin model for blogs. I want to remove the learning curve and make updating their blog and uploading images as simple and easy as possible.
I really like the facebook interface in this regards—it makes it really easy for the user to update. Just type and hit “post” right on the page. Same for images and links. No need to open administration, no learning involved for the users.
I searched for a plug-in for textpattern that offers this functionality, but couldn’t find any.
1. Is there such a plug-in?
2. Would it be possible to create one for textpattern, or doesn’t the current architecture allow it?
• Old Photos of Japan – Japan in the 1850s~1960s (100% txp)
• MeijiShowa – Stock photos of Japan in the 1850s~1960s (100% txp)
• JapaneseStreets.com – Japanese street fashion (mostly txp)
