All content from site has disappeared. Can someone help please?

Hi, I’m hoping that someone can help me figure out a major problem I’m having with Text Pattern. For some reason that I can’t explain all of the info, pics, videos, etc is missing from my website (www.turntableanihilists.com) & when I attempt to log into my Text Pattern account this is the message that I come across: DB-Connect was succesful, but the textpattern-table was not found. Can someone please help make sense of all this. I would love to get my website content up as soon as possible. Thank you so much, DP.

Can you post your diagnostics?

Also, there might be a corruption to the database. If you have phpMyAdmin, you can repair the table if that is the cause.

The ‘textpattern’ table is where your content is. If you don’t have a database backup or access to phpMyAdmin yourself, I suggest you ask your host if they can restore a backup for you (show them the message). And cross your fingers they have one from before it went wrong.

If the bad happens, and you indeed don’t have any backups, then it probably would be good idea to start taking frequent backups. Either arranging the service by your service provider, or doing them by yourself, as long as there are backups. Backing important content is very good idea to do, hardware failures, nature, stability and software issues can happen at the most unexpected times.

Then there’s always archive.org*/http://www.turntableanihilists.com/* (that * belongs at the end of the URL, but textile hates me)
