glad to hear someone is using the plug-in :)
hm. i’m not too much into using ie & debugging and i had no issues with it (using ietester on a mac causing no errors..)
did you try to implement the js by yourself and disable the one coming with this plug-in..?
there should be an option to disable it.

It really is a very useful plugin and makes things much simpler when I want to add a video to my website.
When I disable the Javascript option and implement it myself the video plays in Chrome, Safari and IE without any problems. In FIrefox when I click the play button I can see the loading animation on top of the poster but the video never starts.

ok. that means the javascript problem is caused by me entering it into the php. guess its some line-break or something. will look into it (one day).
firefox is strange, cause on my computer i wont get any errors, whether i run osx or win. does the player run, when u visit the videojs website?
could it be caused by wrong video codec..? can you provide a link, so i can test it on my browsers?

I can view the player fine on the video JS website. I also tried using their example code on my site instead of the txp:jnz_videojs tag and it worked fine.
Just had a thought (doh!). On my site I’ve only uploaded an MP4 video which Firefox can’t play. If I was to upload an OGG video I’m assuming your plugin would be able to detect and play it in Firefox?
I also noticed that when using the Flash fallback for IE it doesn’t pick up the poster image, instead just using a black background with a superimposed play button.

guess so, the plug-in assumes that these files are available.

yes, i saw the same happening to me today. that is the same behavior as on the videojs website, sorreyy.

Ah that would explain it. I’ve never visited the Video JS website using IE so I didn’t realise this was the default behaviour.
