[wiki] style guide addition: HTML not (X)HTML

I see a lot of use of “(X)HTML” in the tag reference. I don’t think that’s really necessary for the following reasons:

  1. Anybody who would know what either form of the abbreviation means would understand the difference, and thus writing (X)HTML is not helping any particular user audience. (Rather it’s just extra characters to type, and looks ugly.)
  2. Future default templates will be HTML5 (i.e., HTML not XHTML).
  3. The W3C no longer supports XHTML; the working groups for XHTML have closed.

Thus, I’m writing it into the style guide that only HTML is used. Please help edit all instances of (X)HTML you find to just HTML. Thanks.
