Speed up the time it takes to post in feed

I don’t know if this is more of a feedburner question, but i’m trying to get my posts to show up faster. i noticed that ticking ‘reset post time’ to now pushes it through quicker for some reason. is there maybe a setting in the admin panel?

Feedburner polls your site at regular intervals – if you want it to grab new posts sooner, the most reliable method I’ve found is to force it to resync your feed at the Feedburner end. Log in, go to your feed dashboard, then go to the Troubleshootize tab, then scroll about 2/3 of the way down and click the Resync Now button.
