Diagnostics shows path to old hosting

I have upgraded my hosting for Textpattern and I have moved the files over to the new host but now my diagnostics still refer to the old hosting ;

Document root: /home/vpc/domains/org/public_html
$path_to_site: /home/vpc/domains/org/public_html
Textpattern path: /home/vpc/domains/org/public_html/textpattern

Also, the Pre-flight check refers to the new host and says the files dir is not write-able.

File directory path is not writable: /usr/local/pem/vhosts/139256/webspace/httpdocs/org/files

I have modified the config.php file to be $txpcfg[‘txpath’] = ‘/usr/local/pem/vhosts/139256/webspace/httpdocs/org/textpattern’;
and I have added the path “/usr/local/pem/vhosts/139256/webspace/httpdocs/org/files” to the preferences section

Is there something else I need to do ?

I think it might be DNS related so I have raised a ticket with my hosting provider.
