Install manually or through Autoinstaller?

Hi guys I want to create a blog through Textpattern.All I want to know is that how should I install Textpattern.Should i install manually or from Auto installer likes Softaculous, Installatron.Please tell me which would be better??

RC1, I think it really is more “personal preference” rather than “better”.

For myself, I prefer to self-install. It’s pretty simple on my host for a regular install, and for years now I’ve been using svn installs, which makes it even faster – if you want to learn basic svn.

That said, auto-installers make it even easier to install your software and database as a package, and to upgrade at a click. If you are new to installing server based software, and/or you don’t want/need any thing beyond the standard install, the auto installer is a great way to go.
