Suggest me a good thumbnail plugin

Hi users I am just a beignner and I am using this script through softaculous…I want to add a good thumbnail plugin on my site and I need your help in this… plzz suggest me a good plugin?

what do you need to do?

There are tags which include a thumbnail one.
