[SOLVED] Admin no longer using style sheet
I’ve recently installed textpattern for a new site. I’ve been playing about with the presentation pages at the moment and have not installed any plugins yet.
Mysteriously, the admin section has stopped using the style sheet. It’s gone in both live and testing modes. I’ve checked and the files are physically still present and they contain content.
The admin pages are just not displaying with the style sheet any more. I’ve checked them in IE and firefox and it’s the same in both. They were working fine when I was using the site yesterday and to my knowledge no changes have been made betwen it working and it not working.
The actual web sitepages still seem to be working the way they were last time and are using the styles just fine.
I’m totally stumped. Anyone got any ideas whats going on?

looking at the login, all seems fine… Does the problem only appear when logged in?
Edit: /homepages/31/d283678401/htdocs/electro/textpattern/setup/ still exists
you should delete/rename the setup folder

OK, I’ve just checked it again in IE and the template is working fine in IE both logged in and logged out.
Maybe I didn’t check it before, I’ve been checking so many things on both browsers while I try to get the page layouts working… Thought I had checked it though.
Firefox does not use the stylesheet either logged in or logged out.
The admin directory is using the standard names if you want to take a peak at the login page for yourself.
I was having issues yesterday when I was trying to get CSS sheets with .php extensions working for the pages on fireforx. So it may well be something I’ve done to get one working that has broken the others.

OK, even wierder. I just shift+refreshed the page while logged out and it’s working on firefox again.
No idea what’s between now and this morning but it seems to be fixed.

hmmm, only thing I did was delete the setup directory. But I can’t imagine how that would have fixed it.

not sure either:)
It might have been a cache corruption. When you forced refreshed the stylesheet was re-downloaded and fixed the problem… just a theory.
