Alt tag for image that is created using XHTML link

This is a suggestion for images that are in Textpattern’s Image section and which don’t have alt text:

I suggest that alt=”“ is added to image code automatically when user has clicked the XHTML link that creates the image code. When using Textile or Textpattern style to create that image tag, alt=”“ seems to be generated.
