Admin side customization

How can I check what level user has access to the administration to set up the visibility of some custom fields or more?

Hi,
first look here to see the standard user roles and permissions.
You may want to install bot_privs to change them.

For what concerns custom fields and other admin page items — which you can’t control with the above mentioned method — I just released bot_admin_body_class which let’s you hide almost everything on a per user basis throught css.
