Links go no where
I type out an article and select the section it is to go under and click publish and save.
The links show on the web page, but when I click on any of the links, including the ones that were installed with the setup (articles, about) I get an 404 Not Found error message.
For some reason, new pages other than the home page, are not publishing to the internet.

Check your diagnostics. Possibly you have a clean URL failure.
