[wiki] comment_anchor tag
Just something I spotted. On the page for the <txp:comment_anchor /> tag. It says that the output from the tag is similar to <a id="000005"></a>. That would be invalid code but as it happens the tag outputs <a id="c000005"></a> so I think that needs amending.
