Publishing articles restriction

I made a user who can modify just image and articles, ok. But this user can’t publish, I mean, the article that he modifies is on pending and can’t be published if I dont publish it with full admin user. What must I change?

Install bot_privs, there you can give Freelancers the admission to publish “live” articles.

Yes, I was using it :)

After trying combinations found it… bot_privs is good but I think could be more clear

I partially agree with you… I did my best to translate in a human readable form the privs defined in admin_config.php but probably it could be done better. Maybe in a future release I’ll try to improve the privs descriptions.
