I don’t see a problem with that .htaccess code, but try anti-spam plugins before trying to solve this through .htaccess, because while you may be hit by a spammer operating from a single IPnr now, that’s likely to change.

Re: zem reborn security problem
Oke,
Pap-contact cleaner does not work.
The others are very old not maintained plugins.
Captcha are not working anymore according to a lot of experts.
And most people are annnoyed by them.
Futhermore I find it not workable for someone to first solve a captcha, then press the preview button and then the save button.
And as I said I think this spammer is a human so the spam will continue.
So I don’t know a plugin which can work.

I didn’t recall zem_contact_reborn having a preview button. . . .???
edit: my memory could be poor – it’s been a while since I used zem_contact_reborn and did a test email

Then I think I messed up a few plugins.
What do you think about akismet plugin ?

The adi_contact plugin should help prevent the type of spam you’re getting (if the example you posted is typical). Do read the documentation, because you have to add a tag to the ZCR form.
