I see two reasons that would lean to a Dev. submitting the form:

• The request for the Developer’s email. Which I didn’t feel comfortable passing along w/out permission.

• The Dreamhost staff may have technical questions for the Devs. They should probably sign off on that commitment :)

Since I host my sites on Dreamhost, I saw this mentioned in the newsletter.

When 4.3.0 is released, Textpattern should be submitted.
