[request] I just installed rss_admin_db_manager and it's showing nowhere

Hi, after installing rss_admin_db_manager I activated it (No to Yes), after that I didnt noticed any new window in Extensions or any options in preference… why? is it out of date?… I read some threads and it looks like… or im doing something wrong?

This has been around for a while, but I don’t think anyone has adopted the plugin so it may still apply. forum post might be of help.
