image slideshow

Greetings everyone.
I am looking for a txp plugin that can do image slideshow as seen on txpbuilders.com.
I appreciate this forum and everyone that contributes to the beauty of txp.

jQuery Cycle is indeed used, but not smd_gallery. I am going to write a tutorial on this subject when I get some free time..

Hello Chume,

You don’t need smd_gallery for this kind of display. It’s excellent for creating and organizing thumbnails and links for Lightbox type galleries. All Jquery Cycle needs is something to produce a list of images like

• wet_for_each_image OR
• soo_image AND
• others

Generally, allocating the images you wish to display to a particular category is a useful means of selecting them with one of these plugin tags.
