need help recovering from plugin dependancy issue

Hi,

I have been coasting along developing my first content managed site for a client but I have experienced some real bad luck.

I installed http://textpattern.org/plugins/915/sed_section_fields without reading as far as the depency warning below.

Note This depends upon sed_plugin_library v0.4 or above.

Now my text pattern admin all ways logs me in to the following fatal error:

A problem occured while loading the plugin: sed_section_fields -> User_Error: Unable to include required plugin “sed_plugin_library” on line 498

Fatal error: Class ‘sed_lib_mlp’ not found in /var/www/vhosts/alloutfallout.com/subdomains/yoyogroup/httpdocs/textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php(594) : eval()’d code on line 38

I am unable to get to the plugin page to disable the plugin.

I am hoping there is a way to force textpattern into some sort of ‘safe mode’ or minimal boot state that will let me disable the plugin.

Can anybody offer any suggestions?

Thanks,
Mike

Re: need help recovering from plugin dependancy issue

Hi, just write in your address bar www.site_name/textpattern/index.php?event=plugin, replacing site_name with your real site name
