Memoria

Hi I finished working on my first two themes for Textpattern 4.2.0, the first one is called Memoria is to be used as a blog and you can install it using the mem_templates plugin. Most of the theme is separated in forms but only the article tags remain within the default page.

I’ve tested it in all modern browsers and ie6. In IE6 the date’s background image is not displayed and instead is published as a plain text before the article’s title. There’s also a spanish version.

I’m still working in the documentation but if you are an intermediate to advanced user you shouldn’t have to much trouble or none at all.

Hope you like it and if you find any problem or need help making changes please let me know.

Download, documentation and live demo(in spanish) at: http://memoria.armatoste.net

The documentation is in english and spanish.

Lovely, Lovely! Thank you so much. I have it installed at The North Gate Well and it installs and runs nicely.

Re: Memoria

Glad you like it rsilleti! Thanks to you I found two problems:

  • The comments of articles in full width pages rendered inside the article div, they shouldn’t.
  • A <txp:if_first_article> tag inside the default page wasn’t properly closed.

They are fixed now. Please download this small update and just replace the old default page.

Thanks again. :)

Re: Memoria

I did have to create a section named “archive” and move all the page settings to the default page to get it all working as it appeared was intended, this was with a fresh textpattern install; that could be a little confusing if not noted somewhere.
