Reset Password If I don't have email set up correctly

Hello, I added a user to be an additional publisher. I don’t know the password of this new user and when i reset the password it wants to send it in an email but my email is not set up correctly (related problem). my ISP blocks port 25 so i’m not sure what to do.
For now I’d just like this user to log on.

Does this help? Resetting Admin Password (using phpMyAdmin).

Or rah_change_passwords plugin which makes changing passwords really easy :)
