comments_count do not count right.
Helllo,
On my site the comments are not counted right.
There are 20 comments and comments_count gives 18.
Anyone a clue why this happens ?

May be some cooments are not moderated or marked as spam? And if you had comments 1,2,3,4 and then deleted 4th, the new forth comment wil have id=5

The comments are moderatored. there are 20 commeratod messages and 2 spam.

Re: comments_count do not count right.
The comments count is updated during succesful comment posting (by adding +1 to the value). For some unknown reason the comment count seems to gone wrong at some point.
You can manually correct the count by updating the article’s comments_count value in the database’s textpattern table.
