Table plugin

Is there a plugin that displays tabular data? It needs to be easy to update via the backend, preferably displayed in the same way it is on the live site.

A perhaps rather advanced method. I think there is a plugin somewhere that can import a spread sheet and display as a table. That might be the easier road.
