Copy an article plugin... does one exist?
I run & maintain a site I’ve built on TXP. The guy I run the site for holds weekly / monthly club nights and I update the site with all the details of each event.
Most of the time, the event details (like location, sponsors, times & Prices) are identical… the only differences being the DJ’s that play on the night.
Is there a way I can copy an event (article), amend the content slightly (new DJ’s & date) and then re-post as a separate article?
Thanks in advance.

There’s upm_savenew.
In bad weather I never leave home without wet_plugout, smd_where_used and adi_form_links

Uli,
thanks, I’ve just tried upm_savenew on recommendation from someone on twitter but it doens’t appear to work. I get the ‘Save New’ button on my post page, but it doesn’t create a new article :/
I’m using 4.2.0 btw

Did you try disabling all plugins but this?

Re: Copy an article plugin... does one exist?
Ahh, actually, please ignore me. I thought the plugin would make a direct copy including the ‘posted’ date & time – but it resets that to now when saving a new article rather than keeping the original future time & date.
Resolved :)
