publishing, updating article, forms, preferences is very slow

I’ve tried to follow this faq , but still could not solve my problem.

I also get an error when trying browsing textpattern table via rss_admin_db_manager :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8703360 bytes) in /home/poes/public_html/textpattern/lib/txplib_html.php on line 364

At now, I cannt publish article, updating preferences , and my blog comments is not show up.

How to fix this ? please helps. thanks :)
