global $txpcfg; leftovers?
It doesn’t really matter or do anything, but I’ve noticed that many admin page function declare $txpcfg global (among others), but is not used at all.
Like for example in article.php at line 65. Just saying, there really isn’t reason to remove those un-needed lines but anyways.
