form type - no list available?
hi,
i’m trying to implement this:
http://textpattern.net/wiki/index.php?title=Adding_a_Photo_Portfolio_Section
and on step 5 it says ‘make the form type a list’
now my dropdpown for form type has nothing like list!
it has :
<blank>
article
category
comment
file
link
misc
section
but no ‘list’
what do i do?
if someone can explain steps 6 and 7 in the same link, thatd be much appreciated as well.
thank you.

Re: form type - no list available?
Hmm, that tutorial looks badly in need of updating. E.g., Be sure to add the appropriate files to your server and edit your .htaccess file if using clean URLs applies to much older versions of Txp.
For the form type, just use misc
. As to the rest of the tutorial, I think there are better and easier ways of doing this. Again, it’s obviously an old tutorial. I’m going to give this some thought. Creating a Photoblog looks like a better method for accomplishing more or less the same thing.
