custom fields in comment form

I would like to offer some more fields with comments. Actually, I would like the comment to be marked “pro” or “con” an article, in a configurabile way (people should click on 2 different link so that a different comment form may appear if they are pro or con, but the difference may be in a hidden field; anyway, I could choose a select or radio option and made the form the same, leaving the user to select if they’re pro or co.. etc.).

Obviously I’d mind if that data is collected by the db. I would also like to display separately the pro and con comments.

I was wondering if there is a method to do so, even with a plugin, or a bunch of them (smd_query? that would need to rewrite a custom comment handling from scratch, though…).

Bump. Is this question not clearly asked or there is no way to accomplish what I would?
