Didn’t realise it was under extensions. Was looking for the Article Location Preferences tab in Admin/Preferences. Ok, plonked my API and now I get the map interface in the write tab, but my test contact form doesn’t display a map.

You’re missing
<script src="http://maps.google.com/maps?file=api&v=2&sensor=false&key=YOUR API KEY"></script>which should be in the head of your document.
Note: This is not related to msd_google_map plugin since it is on the public side of your site.

Looks promising. I’m currently working on the IMCA and I may will need this plugin. There is a problem with your demo as the images are not contained in the “clouds”, and neither are the texts.

What browser are you using? For me the images and text are within the bubble.

Strange, seems to work after the image is loaded. I’ll have to do some googling to figure it out.

Is this working with txp 4.2?
I want to upgrade but this plugin is the most usefull one I am using to geocode restaurants.

Has there been any change in the Google Maps API?
sudenly all the sites where I am using this plugin or rss_google_maps seem to stop working or not render the maps correctly….

I have problems too but only with the default map: the Satellite and Hybrid views work fine… So I think that is a temporary problem…

You are right, satelite works and hybrid works but without the map overlay.
I hope you are right and that is only temporary :)
