error in the "header"

Hy,

I just installed the theme “Merdeka” for my Textpattern, all in all without troubles.
But there is a problem in the “header”. (http://textpattern.org/templates/1000/merdeka-theme-textpattern)

In the debug-modus, there is the following message:

There is also a problem with the images. Although the installation of textpattern and the theme was successful, no image will shown on my side.
The attributes on the whole pattern-directory is 777.

Can somebody help me please?

Change all instances of <txp:sitename /> on your page(s) to <txp:site_name />.

Check the path to your images, it probably needs changing from images/image.jpg to something like /images/image.jpg.
