if_different cant handle my problem.

hi.

im trying to make an article list by category.
but each category should only show up once. from a specific section.
normally you would handle this by using this method.

my problem is: i want not only to show the linked category.
i want to show ONE whole article from each categories in one special section. (so all categories, which are not used in this section wont show up eather.)

like i said, i get it working, but i want to show a whole article. not just the category title.
as soon as you start putting in multiple txp commands into txp:if_different it stops working.
(or i’m doing it wrong, but i cant get it working like a want it to)

maybe its time to change the behaviour of txp:if_different.
cause if different checks for the value inside itself. couldnt it be something like

<txp:if_different value=”<txp:category1 />”>…conditions…</txp:if_different>..??

or maybe there is another way around, but i dont know how.
any hints?
