.eu domains - a good registrar to buy from?
I may need to buy a .eu domain for a project and my current registrar doesn’t sell them. Are there European recommendations for where to go? The usual factors desired; reliable, economical…

You know, I thought Dotster didn’t provide .eu, but maybe I’m wrong? I just did a search in there and it worked but there’s no indication you can actually register .eu with them. I’ll look into it closer with Dotster and keep Gandi on standby.

eurodns.com not too bad.
I’ve ran into some dodgy .eu registrars so be picky.
its a bad hen that wont scratch itself.

I have used eurodns in the past for registering .eu, .de and .at domains and haven’t hit any bumps with them yet. Support (what would one need it for, anyway?) is a tad slow but existing and useful. Their DNS features suffice for setting up hosted or self-served DNS zones.

I use http://www.europeregistry.com. They’re pretty quick and cheap.
