Allow users to rate articles: What's the best solution for TXP 4.2.0?

Hi! I want to let site visitors rate articles on a scale of 1 to 5, save the ratings to a database table, present the average rating and number of ratings, and list articles sorted by rating.

I’ve looked into several plugins for this, but most of them are orphaned and I can’t get any of the to work with TXP 4.0.8 or 4.2.0.

Do you have any sites that use existing plugins or other methods to solve this problem? I’d love to hear what is working for you, or what you would recommend!
