Crowd Fusion

This looks interesting, Crowd Fusion CMS.

They’re making it open source. Has plugin extendability.

TechCrunch review and market launch video: CrowdFusion Merges The Best Features Of Blogs, Wikis, And More Into One Unified CMS.

Game changer?

Re: Crowd Fusion

Their site states “Apply to join our open source beta program”. Does this mean that the source will “close” once the stable version is released?
Also there seems to be very little info re how to design the front end. Finally I’m – perhaps unjustifiably – suspicious of sites which require your email before they show you their ‘product’.

Having said that, the CMS does indeed look like a contender.

Re: Crowd Fusion

@Destry: Thanks for the mention!

@colak: I’d be suspicious too. Source won’t close once a stable version is released! We just can’t take on all of the people who want access at once and we’re still working on documentation. So over the next two months we’re letting people try it out in waves, getting feedback, fixing bugs, writing more docs, then letting another wave in.
