Integrating Textpattern and FileMaker Pro

I really need to know if anyone can help in this area, I have built a talent agency site and CMS in text pattern, my client is going to buy filemaker pro and want to know if they can integrate it with the site. I have had a look at the FileMaker Pro site and there are options to export/import using SQL/php. Has anyone done anything with these 2 before. Sorry if the detail is a bit vague but if anyone has any links of the 2 working together could you post them. Thanks/
