Two new Admin Themes
Yes. Two!
There is the new A Bit Blue 2 theme with added redness.
Then there is the Classic2 theme. Identical in every way to the original Classic theme except that the page-top is no longer a table. Very useful if you happen to have a lot of Extensions.

Nice! Well actually I don’t like A Bit Blue but the effort is appreciated! How about an image for the Classic2 theme?
Thanks Stuart.

Re: Two new Admin Themes
Excellent work Stuart… as you know, I can personally vouch for classic2: it’s awesome on a site I am building which currently has 21 (!) tabs registered under Extensions. Every plugin works and I can seeeeeee again :-D

Thanks Stef.
Jonathan: I didn’t bother doing images for Classic2 simply because it is identical to the original Classic theme which everyone already has or will have when they install TXP. You don’t really think it needs images do you?

Re: Two new Admin Themes
In IE7 classic 2 shows all the tabs on top of each other.

Re: Two new Admin Themes
Probably because it doesn’t recognise “inline-block” and I really don’t want to float them. I’ll have a look Matt.
By the way. Does anyone know if there is a “standalone” version of IE7 yet?

Virtual or dual boot can also be used. Btw, just remeber that those hack are incomplete and never tell the real truth. Some of them are closer to skins.

Re: Two new Admin Themes
Thanks Julián and Jukka. I’ll have a look around.
As far as Classic2 is concerned I haven’t found a way around using “display: inline-block;” which is the problem with IE7 (and no doubt IE6 though I’m not bothered with that). Using “float” isn’t going to hack it. Any other ideas?

So how does Classic2 differ from the classic theme that comes with a default install?
