Post URLs in Feedburner feed broken (site url doubled)
Hi,
I’ve been running a feedburner feed for some time now and it was working fine.
However, I haven’t updated my blog in awhile and just did the other day.
For kicks I checked in on my feed and realize that the permalink urls on my posts are broken… no idea how long it’s been that way, but I’m guess it’s been since migrating from feedburner’s servers to google’s.
My setup is straight from this:
http://sonspring.com/journal/feedburner-and-textpattern
Here’s my feedburner feed:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/PenitentBlog
You’ll see all the post urls start with:
http://blog.penitentman.comhttp//blog.penitentman.com/ …
If I get rid of the rewrite rules and use a straight feed without feedburner, the urls come out fine.
Is this a client side issue or a horked feedburner feed?

I had all sorts of problems with Feedburner on the TXP Tips site. As far as I know, you don’t need to use any .htaccess tweaks in order to get Feedburner working.
What I ended up using was the default <txp:feed_link flavor="rss" format="link" title="TXP Tips" label="TXP Tips" section="articles" /> in the head, then entered http://txptips.com/rss/?section=articles in the “Original Feed” field of Feedburner, then “TxpTips” in the “Feed Address”.
Works fine. If I were you, I’d dump the .htaccess tweaks and edit whatever settings you have in Feedburner. And don’t bother asking any questions on the Feedburner forum – I tried that and waited and waited for a reply – before solving it myself ;-)
