When I go in settings and klik no in add comments automatically in article. Where I add comments certain article?

Click “more” in the “write” tab and you will see “Comments /Off /On” .

You’d need a comments tag in the article template. See Textbook tag reference

Note that the comments tag alone just displays the comments. You also need some tags to display a form for adding new comments.
