403 error when changing admin theme (r. 3243)
I installed a svn version (r.3243) and tried to change the admin theme, but I get a 403: forbidden message error when submitting the advanced preference. No change in the admin theme. The message also says: “You don’t have permission to access /textpattern/index.php on this server.”
Diagnostic: these functions are disabled: escapeshellarg, escapeshellcmd, proc_close, proc_get_status, proc_nice, proc_terminate.
Any other thing seems to work well.

Might be an instance of overzealous mod_security.

Ops… I tried to add SecFilterEngine Off to the htaccess, as in that thread, but got a 500 error! What should I ask to the hosting company, exactly?

Update: actually, the 403 error (Forbidden – You don’t have permission to access /textpattern/index.php on this server) message is happening every time I try to save advanced preferences tab. It’s not a theme issue, but one of advanced pref tabs. The normal preferences and any other page I save doesn’t have this problem. Curious. Any hint on what could it be?
