Why does one example have the checkbox and the other not have the checkbox. What’s the difference? Thanks again.

I always thought the zemDoSubscribe switch was necessary, but perhaps not.

Yet another question. What if I want to add JS to the fields such as onBlur and onFocus?
EDIT:

Decided to use jquery’s Labelify technique with the label tag instead.!

What’s wrong with the plugin thread? Though the plugin is orphaned, there are enough active users there answering questions.
