Why would it have a to email address? Is their a way to just have it ONLY add to the table and NOT email me about it?

Also why does one example have the checkbox and the other not have the checkbox. What’s the difference? Thanks again.

I always thought the zemDoSubscribe switch was necessary, but perhaps not.

Yet another question. What if I want to add JS to the fields such as onBlur and onFocus?
EDIT:

Decided to use jquery’s Labelify technique with the label tag instead.!

What’s wrong with the plugin thread? Though the plugin is orphaned, there are enough active users there answering questions.
