wet_link: Builds links to articles, images, sections and categories
Can be used as a drop-in replacement to zem_link, on which this plugin is largely based.

I’ve noticed that wet_link is running a second query for a link’s title, even when I’ve specified my own title attribute (without %s). It only does this when I’m using an ID number to specify the destination. Does this seem right to you?

This particular query also verifies if the passed ID refers to a valid, live article. So, yes, this seems appropriate for me.

After testing this, I think it would be more intuitive if the link text (between the permlink tags) defaults to the article name?

wet_link can be used as a single tag, just like txp:permlink.
