[solved] Textpattern Database doesn´t work
Hello
I have the “textpattern solution” book. I follow the intructions for install textpattern using MAMP (mac) but when i want to install txp i have this error
Checking database connection…
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user ‘username’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES) in /Users/user/Sites/site.com/textpattern/setup/index.php on line 178

Can’t connect to database
i don´t know what happen, i don´t understand. I try write by hand de config.php but i have this message “Database unavailable.”, i don´t know if i have to put the “phpMyAdmin” folder into /Users/user/Sites/ or what, if i have tu do that, have i to change the host file and httpd.conf?

One more thing: when i create the databse “textpattern” is empty…

I guys, i solve the problem, i remove all and install again. Nows works.
