Keith, that’s right. Now, if you remove your height, width and crop settings (and press “create” to register them, clicking save doesn’t seem sufficient) so that the settings are in future empty, you will find that thumbnails are not automatically made of uploaded images.
As I see it, the “image create thumbnail option” referred to above means you need to have created a thumbnail of an image at least once to “activate” thumbnail creation.

Yep, removing those parameters switches thumbnail creation off – I should have acknowledged that point more clearly.

Then maybe I misunderstood the problem. I assumed that progre55 didn’t see the ‘create thumbnail’ part in the image tab at all…

Sorry for causing some confusion, but I did not realize (or never thought hard enough about it) to realize that you had to create at least one thumbnail to trigger the automatic thumbnail generation. Once I did this (suggested by Bloke before I read the stream) it worked and now the plug in also works as I had imagined it would and need it to for this project.

I’m glad you got it worked out. I still have not. In a existing article with multiple images one should show up. Can you tell me where the thumbs are showing? Did you do anything else that I might not be doing?
