Help With A <txp:else /> Statement

I’m using the default article form and wish for the following code:

<p><txp:rss_thumbpop category=“article-10” jpop=“1” articlethumbs=“1” orderby=“caption” showfullcaption=“1” clickonly=“1” showcaption=“0” cols=“3” label=”“ /></p>

to show up only on the individual permalink article pages but not on the home page. I’m not quite sure how to set up the <txp:else /> statement to do that. Can you offer a suggestion?
