permlink tag and "Permanent link mode" preference
Is the following expected behaviour?
When using: <txp:permlink id="articleID" />
and “Permanent link mode” preference is set to: /section/id/title
then title is missing from returned URLs.
Same happens when “Permanent link mode” preference is set to: /id/title
The rest of Permanent link modes work as expected.
Looks like a bug to me.

Turn Attach titles to permalinks option to On in Advanced settings > Publish.
