Generating automated Lists of Images Hyperlinked to Static Pages

I am trying to use Links to generate automated homepage lists of hyperlinked images to various categories of articles and videos generated outside of Textpattern.

Is there some way to uploaded images and combine them with the links I am typing in for automated sorting and output?
